Move the screen

I have a background of 1938x600..Ã, 
When open the room with this background, whit "hide player charcarter",Ã,  I want that the screen flow toward right.Ã, 
How I do?

Or

I want that when open the room the backgrouns is visualized on a coordinate date and  how i can hide the cursor of mouse? (the gui have hides but the cursors there is still).
