Dialog GUI

Okay, I've searched for this on the forums and in the manual, but I couldn't find it. What I want is a plain black GUI where all the text for the dialogs will appear--choices and everything. How would I go about doing this?

Create the GUI, position it where you want, using the GUI editor, then set the 'Dialog options on GUI' in the General Settings to the new GUI's number.
