Title: Textbox border; how to?

Hello guys
i post this thread to ask you how to add a custom border to my textbox? i have all 8 PNGs for each side but when i launch the game it appears broken

yes i have set up sierra speech style with bg and ave a portrait of the speaking character!

i post two screens describing my request

The width of the left and right edges should match the width of the corners. The height of top and bottom edge should also match height of the corners.

Don't you mean Custom Gui as a Text Display window?

Normal gui's do not stretch to fit as Text Window gui's do...

ok borders are working now, but the backgroud seems to be transparent near the edges and corners.. what to do?

When importing the edge / corner sprites, either

a) set the transparency selection to "no transparency"

or

b) add a border to the sprite using a not yet used color, import and tell AGS to grab that color from a corner for transparency, then right-click and crop the sprite

ok thx again guys! just imported a non-transparent sprite and now everything seems fine!
