No window-frame in new version?

It took me a while to ask this, so i'm not sure since which version of AGS (3.3?) the following problem exists for me:

In window mode, there was always the default window frame around it (using Windows 7 classic theme) and since one of the newer version this frame is gone. And i haven't found an option to renable it.
Is this an intentional change or could i have unknowingly made a change to my game to cause this?

Thanks in advance!

Please elaborate, do you mean there is no border at all, or the style of the border is different?
What version of AGS you are currently using?
Does this occur with the game you make or any AGS game you run? Does this occur with any game you compile in AGS Editor? For example, could you try creating a new game from one of the templates and see if this still happens?
What if you download older AGS, like 3.2.1, and make a new game there?

Quotedo you mean there is no border at all, or the style of the border is different?

The part belonging to Windows itself (Titlebar with the option to close the window on the right) is completely missing, sometimes right from the start and sometimes once i try to move the window. It also happens when using a fresh template with my current AGS version 3.3.3.

But i just noticed that switching from DirectX 5 to 9 via winsetup.exe seems to solve the problem. Perhaps a problem with the graphic card drivers (Nvidia GTX 750 Ti), because it COULD be that i first noticed the bug after i bought it.
