please can sum1 give a full walkthrough on how to make my own character designs, i dont know how to make the cha files at all.  oh, and i have some animated sprites but when i use them they are static, PLEASE HELP

Be sure to import all the frames separately ('import GIF file frames' option in the sprite manager). Then create a View (in the view manager) and add the necessary frames in the proper order. Use that view.
