how would i make the game into a zip folder where everyone can play and download it?

oh come on...you keep asking questions to stuff you can easily find in the manual. Take the time and read it and I promise you won't have to keep asking these questions. look in "Build" and then choose "Build exe" or simply press F7...

You're probably very young, but that doesn't mean you can't figure shit out on your own, right?
I repeat: don't waste our patience and goodwill towards Newbies. You'll regret it. Just look at recent posts from Studio3 / icey games.

Also, how to zip and upload a folder isn't an AGS related technical question i.e. doesn't belong here.

Right-click the Compiled folder after you've made sure that the game's exe is in there (best right after pressing F7 in AGS), then select "Send to" and then "ZIP compressed folder". You can then upload the resulting archive at one of literally thousands of free file hosters.
