Are AGS and the Games Vista Compatable?

if not or if so is there a patch or anything i should do?

I am running AGS and games on Vista with no problem at all, though I did give AGS administrator privileges, and am running it in Win98 compatibility mode just to be sure. I don't remember trying it without admin privileges, but it works like a charm with this setup.
