Game Resolution or Screen Resolution or I dont know

Hi!

I've made a game in 640x400 resolution. I made it on may laptop with 15'4 screen. The game is displayed properly. But when I run it on my PC with 17' the with no change in game setup (winsetup) the image is too width and goes to much to the left, and it's cut. I found than when I change in winsetup Graphic filter from "none" to "2x nearest-neighbour" and check "force letterboc" and run on 1280x960 res the game displays properly, maybe little too much in height. Should it be like that? Or did I something do wrong?

You have to adjust your monitor. It saves picture settings for different resolutions.
