Title: What does downlad URL mean?
Post by: Blondbraid on Sat 09/05/2015 10:56:06
I made a game and I whish to add it to the website, but it says i must fill in the field titled "Download URL".
What does this mean and how do I add my game to this site?

You need to host the game file on another site, then link to it.

Yeah....and mediafire.com is a pretty good site to host on:

The free memory allotment is quite large, the download speeds are good, and the site is not likely to just go POOF and vanish taking all your data along with it (as far as I know)...

A URL is an internet address, in this case the link to the file. Copy the link from mediafire into the "Download URL" field.

Thank you for your help!
I just uploaded my game, The viking guardsman, to this site.
Unfortunatley I had trouble with adding screenshots from imgur,
am I able to correct them, and in that case, how?

The screenshots look quite lovely! I will be sure to give it a try...

If you haven't already I suggest you also make a thread in Completed Games Thread about your game.
