Just launch AGSEdit.exe, that's what's referred to as the AGS IDE.
If you're not doing this already, you can't even start making a game.

My advice is to cool down a bit and stop posting for a while, until you have really read the manual and the tutorials. If you really need help afterwards people here are willing to help, however, bear in mind that you can't get much help if you didn't even put much effort into trying first.

Out of interest, why did you ask this? I guess you read the phrase somewhere and didn't understand it, but where?

Yes, that was me. We were talking about some door code via PM, and I told him to select some menu entry in the IDE. Sometimes I think that these days everyone knows the acronym... My bad, but it's cleared now.

Er, Ok.

Ghost: give less confusing advice in the future, I guess ;) (In fairness, while I know what the AGS IDE is, I'm not totally sure what it stands for. Mostly becasue I don't care to.)

Ibrahim: if someone says something to you via PM that you don't understand, ask THEM via PM, don't post on the forums.
