OK, I keep seeing references to the global script in the manual, but I can't find anything about how to open up the global script to edit it. What am I missing?

Click the 'Script' link on the menu bar (as in 'File Game Script Help') , and select 'Edit Global Script'. Ctrl-G works too.

Thanks. That was pretty dumb, lol. Especially after I had the same problem figuring out how to create a new room.

Perhaps reading the manual from the beginning would help. You are supposed to look through it before even starting AGS, after all. ;)

I did read the manual from the beginning :)

Just seem to have a blind spot about the drop down menu bar.
