Title: Zoom for GUI editing? [ANSWERED]
Post by: Trent R on Thu 09/10/2008 06:27:34
I couldn't find it, but can you zoom in on a GUI you're currently working on? Similar to zoom for rooms?

I assume that there isn't one, because GUI's are fairly simple, so a zoom function isn't needed.

No, there is no zooming feature in the GUI editor at the moment, mainly because few people asked for that.

There is a zooming feature for rooms because it would make drawing masks easier and more accurate. I think giving a zoom feature for GUIs can help GUI element placement though.

I think there is a zoom-in helper feature in windows but it's probably not very good.

I figured as much, but thanks for the reply nonetheless.

Windows' zoom-function isn't that bad. I used it often when I drew regions, walkbehinds and stuff, so it's quite helpful.
