Has anyone been missing the fantastic challenge called Coloring Ball? I have. And I'm sure some of you will enjoy reviving this nice little tradition.
Refering to last Coloring Ball winner Daniel Thomas (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=46592.msg630612#msg630612) I feel free to start a new competition. So here you are:
Use the shape to draw something that's actually invisible. This could be anything existing or fictional. You could paint something that is invisible because it's hidden in the dark forever, or something that is invisible because it's so small (or big) that nobody will ever realize it. It's all up to your imagination.
I didn't want to go for the too obvious easter holiday topic, which I hope is all right with you.
And here's the shape:
Rules:
1. You can replace the outline with your own colors.
2. You can use as many colors as you like.
3. You can resize and rotate as needed.
4. Your entries must be in by March 31st.
5. Have fun!
Trophies:
(https://dl.dropbox.com/u/11927285/AGS/ColoringBallM%C3%A4rz2013/trophy1.png) (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/11927285/AGS/ColoringBallM%C3%A4rz2013/trophy2.png) (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/11927285/AGS/ColoringBallM%C3%A4rz2013/trophy3.png)
And this extra trophy is for all participants who helped reviving the Coloring Ball. Everyone who provided an entry is free to take it.

Can we get one with no anti aliasing and a thin line?
Here's a more crappy but no anti aliased version:

Glad to see this competition back. I was just about to start one, looks like I'll have to earn it now.
Yes! I've been awaiting this one.
[imgzoom]http://s22.postimage.org/40bvoowyl/Bulbapuck_invisible_CB.png[/imgzoom]
9 colors + transparency.
The picture is of Migrané, the god of headaches. Once upon a time he got a giant headboner which hurts like all hell. Now he spends his time creating invisible pain orbs that he throws at people to distribute his headache to others.
EDIT: I just noticed that I went one pixel outside of the outline on the bottom. Don't know how it happened but I will fix it and reupload.
EDIT2: Fixed (I think). I liked this theme btw. Might make another entry if I find the time
Awesome, Bulbapuck !!!!

Be gentle - I've not done this before. This guy is obviously compensating for something. Something so small it's practically invisible...
Oh my god, this is the best game ever! Here's my submission:
It's the spirit of Easter.
Gorgeous! Already three fantastic entries in less then two days!
Keep them going, there are still more than two weeks left. I expect at least 10 entries.
You can now adopt this sweet but very stress-sensitive easy-crying little doggy.
But hey, he comes with genuine mustache and plaster! :)
[imgzoom]http://www.freewebs.com/arj0n/weird-dog2.png[/imgzoom]
Adorable! But is this little critter invisible...?
EDIT: Ah, I get it! It's so freaking small, everyone overlooks it. That's why it's so battered, right? :cheesy:

Yup, it's because everyone
step on him because that poor little soul is so freaking small. ;)
Btw, I was starting to miss it, so nice to see someone resurrected the 'Coloring Ball' again.

This is an army of raging rainbowpuking unicorns fighting off hordes of brainhungry evilturned santa-claus-zombies. And the epic scene is perfectly fitting into the form. Sadly all this is invible...
This is Carl Crocodile on the way to his graduation. He is late, that's why he is going so fast you almost can't see him. Noone knows why he brought his baseball bat, though.
There's something hiding in the tool shed...
Not the best shape usage ever maybe, but the more the merrier :)
Fantastic entries so far!
selmiak, making something visible in my imagination that is not only invisible but also nearly unimaginable without using an image at all deserves participation. So this is a valid entry.
cat, Carl Crocodile on the way to his graduation is such an unbelievable idea, he has to be invisible. Great!
Kastchey, now I know why I've always been afraid of what's inside of tool sheds. Thank you for releaving me from this neurosis. Very cool idea!
Seven entries until now! :cheesy: I still hope some more will come. When we have at least 10 entries there will be an extra trophy for all participants.
Beware the leprechaun
The web of the extremely deadly 'CB spider' (order 'Coloro Spaera Araneae').
The spider can get into 'actually invisible' mode by wearing a tactical silk cloak which is, like the web itself, woven using it's one silk.
So... is this just an old, empty, abandoned web or is the invisible danger still lurking somewhere there..?
BE WARNED: when trying to spot it, don't get to close or your first attempt will also be your last one!
[imgzoom]http://tdepaus.home.xs4all.nl/arj0n/CBSpider.gif[/imgzoom]
Great entries everyone.
Long live the Coloring Ball!!

There you have your 10 entries ;)
The Duck family's hidden secret:
[imgzoom]http://www.miez.nl/tmp/ducky.png[/imgzoom]
cousin Dingbat Duck has been kept from the public eye by the Disney corporation for decades. His tendency to strip bare at parties, eat worms, wear odd headgear and generally being bat sh*t insane have made him the Duck family's best kept secret.
Impressive new entries! This is overwhelming!!
Now that we have more than 10 entries there is an extra trophy for everyone who participated. See first post.
I'm sure we can get together at least 15 entries!?
And.....what happens if we do? (roll)
Are you telling us that there's another reward trophy at 15?
This is great, I feel like I'm leveling up!
He he!! No, there will be no more reward trophies. ... Or will there be...? ;) I'm just so happy that the Coloring Ball is still alive, I can't wait to see more entries!
NickyNyce, thank you for your great entry! This fish-eating bird looks gorgeous and scary at once. What is it?
This coloring ball is rolling so nice, let's throw in another one ;)
The Do family is known for centuries for practicing of the "Way of The Sword" flawlessly, a martial arts form known as Kendo.
Once a kendÅ Âka achieves the blue belt, he or she starts practicing the "Way of The Invisible Sword".
After achieving the green belt, the kendÅ Âka is master of the "Way of The Invisible Sword".
Meet Ken Do, a green belt kendÅ Âka.

I was afraid someone would ask this question. I'm afraid I can't answer it.
I really don't deserve any credit, all I did was add this code.
cPurpleBirdEatingFish.Visible=true;

So you made something visible by scripting. Brilliant!! :cheesy:
That moment when you realize the GPS is wrong and the Evil Duck stole your lifebelt:

EDIT: Oh dear, I forgot to switch her invisibility mode on! Fixed! Now she's the Invisible Evil Duck ;)
Hahaha, nice!
Great job, Kasander!

Silent predators, swooping down to catch an unwary prey, their wings keeping them aloft, above the view of anyone who dares cross them. You cannot see them, you cannot hear them, until it is too late.
Yes, they are the deadly fruit bats.
Wow!
Thanks Miez, Adrian! Wow, 13 entries so far, this must be one of the most popular Color Balls ever :)
BTW, how do you guys do this 'x1 x2 x3 x4' image trick?
Link the pic using the "zoomable image" button, it's the one to the right of the mona lisa.
Yes, this one:
[imgzoom]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/11927285/AGS/ColoringBallM%C3%A4rz2013/zoom.png[/imgzoom]
Allright guys, thanks!
EDIT: Hey, it works! That's a great feature. I like my invisible duck better now, when it's more... visible;)
Little reminder: Still ten days left to present your fantastic and inventive visible invisibilities.
Heat up your brains and pencils! (nod)
For those of you who submitted more than one entry:
To guarantee fair conditions please choose one of your entries to enter the voting next week. :)

Invisible to the naked eye, we have exposed a sample of human blood to the Zombie Virus.
You are now viewing it through a microscope at magnification 650X. Further magnification is possible.

This was so much fun! And now: voting, everybody!! :-D
voting on a coloring ball?
well, then Bulbapuck's Migrané, the god of headaches.
I've met this guy way too often yet never seen him
My vote has to go to Miez!
I'll vote... for Kasander!
My vote goes to Miez, very nice idea and a clever use of the outline :)

voting on a coloring ball?
[...]
I know the official rules (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=5477.0) say that the thread starter elects a winner, but during the last few Coloring Balls voting became more and more popular. In my opinion this embraces the spirit of these forums more than just announcing someone to have won. So I'll stick with that. ;)
This is one of the best lineups of Coloring balls I've ever seen here. Awesome job everyone.
I flip flopped on this one ten times, but my vote goes to Miez.
Really good entries, my vote goes to... Kastchey.
My vote has to go to Miez!
My vote goes to Scavenger - very nice colors, great idea and execution.
Yeah, I second that. I'm voting for Scavenger's Silent Predators.
Urgh, so torn between NickyNyce, Kasander and Scavenger!
I think I'll have to go for Kasander's on this one, but it was a really hard choice because they're all great.
Still some days left for voting! We need more votes for this remarkable Coloring Ball. So announce your favorite until sunday. (nod)
Scavenger
Kasander
Miez, but MurrayL for second place
My vote goes to MurrayL - funny idea and nice art at the same time, ProgZ being a close second for exactly the same reasons.
Miez
...but all entries were great :)
Nobody values my enormous efforts :~(
I've put off voting until now because there are too many great entries.
I'm really impressed with people's imagination when it comes to these colouring balls.
But, I think my vote has to go to Miez.

I launched the Nyancat video and read that sentence over and over. I *still* can't watch a zombie flik with a straight face (laugh)
Still, my vote goes to
Kasander.
I'd like to thank all of you for bringing up such an inspiring new Coloring Ball.
Every participant presented a great interpretation of the theme and all of you would have deserved a first place. (nod)
Judging from the votings we have the following ranking:
