Well, I tried to get a game done in an hour, but I just couldn't make it.
May I submit it anyway even if it wasn't done in under an hour? At least so you'd be able play it :P

You may submit so we'll be able to play and comment, not as part of the competition though (unless it's a delay of a few minutes, then it's ok, or if you'll be the only entry, then you'll win ;) ).
Meh, people have previously entered games that have taken as much as two hours, and they're received proper votes.

Finally found some time to play your game Eggie, amazing job! :D
The art was spectacular, and it had several rooms! And puzzles!! And plot!!! Funny stuff :)

Well, I finally figured out your not-so-subtle hint and saved the day. And since was amusing with music that got stuck in my head: I am giving you a vote, thus invalidating my vote from you, thus further invalidating this laughably entry-scant competition.

Oh shoot, I totally forgot about this. I already played the games, and had a hard time picking a favourite, they both have pros and cons. Eggie has made an interesting game with inventory and a whopping two backgrounds, but is way past the time. Bulbapuck has made a nice game with music, in time but I didn't particularly liked the puzzle in it.
Well I think my votes goes to Eggie.
Played both games and enjoyed them.
In Eggie's game, the title screen, characters and animations were really beautiful, and the dialogues were interesting.
I vote for Bulbapuck though, both because he finished it (almost) in time, because the dialogues were funny,
and unlike Wyz I actually was impressed with the puzzle (though I would have never solved it without the hints).
That makes it a tie, so I'm giving it a few more days, so that maybe Steve (hint hint) or anybody else would decide this.
Well, if Bulba finished in time I'll have to give him the nod.
Eggie's was eggcellent though!
