What is a Photoshop Phriday?
Photoshopping isn't drawing a completely new image -- It's editing images to create a new image, such as editing one image or combining several images.
Also, you don't have to specifically use Photoshop -- Paint Shop Pro, MSPaint, or any other programs can be used.
See this link:

The two above websites should give a fair idea of what is involved.

Ever wanted to know what was under Bobbin's hood?
Well, too bad, cause that's what we're going to do for this week.
Take this image (or a similar image of Bobbin)...
And photoshop it to show what horrors lie under the hood. As always, you have one week.
Special thanks to Pesty, who did not at all come up with this idea. It was totally mine!
(Okay, maybe she came up with a little bit of this idea, but only a smidge!)
((Fine! It was all her's! Happy now!))

The true horror underneath Bobbin's hood is the darkest horror of all! Fear the elder weaver god!
Like Martha Stewart, I was filled with knowledge before the rest of you were, so I got mine done before the thread was even posted! That's also why I didn't use the picture provided.
I coulda sworn I came as Bobbin to Mittens:

I just want to remind all you toffeeheads that this thread is devoted to PHOTOSHOPPING the mysteries that lurk under BOBBIN'S HOOD.
Its worse then we all could have imagined.
Har dee fucking har! ;D
We finally know why LucasArts didn't want Bobbin's face revealed ...

This also answers the question:Ã, If there was ever a 'Special Edition' of Loom, what could LucasArts do to completely ruin it?
Since Cobb got killed looking under Bobbin's hood, and you can see light emerging from under it, that must be a sign of somethin'.
What can that be?
The only possible explanation was that Bobbin was in fact, our HITMAN!1!

aka- Nothing from andromeda. :P
SierraFreak: Why not the Prophet in the Children of Dune miniseries?
It's been a while since I played Loom, but isn't Bobbin the hero lead character? Like Paul, in Dune, in other words. Besides - the prophet is blind - no eyes. ;D

Okay, actually, if somebody saw the movie and didn't figure out that it was him right away, they'd have problems. :)

If somebody wanted to see the movie who hasn't read the books, I'd be too happy to even care about spoiling it for them. ;)
Well, it seems I solved TWO age old Mysteries !!!!!!

Oh no! What have we done? We've created a MONSTER!!!!!

It's Bobbins face.... obscured by a giant sun. Isn't it crappy? I could barely be bothered posting it. And I ripped off the lensflare thing from sedriss. I sure am one despicable pile of crap. Well, see ya. :=
This was a tough one to choose. I thought a lot of them were very funny, but I nailed it down to Gilbert's and Darth's, mainly due to technical considerations.
In the end, I choose Gilbert's. His was funny, the manipulatation was good (especially the under the hood editing) and it fitted the image very well.
However, I must say Darth picked a great image combo. It really suited the pic and was funny. Thumbs up I say.
Nevertheless, he (like all others) must bow down to TEH GILBOT!!!1!
His wankiness doesnt even suit himself. :p
Oh no! I won! := I shall now think of some sexy topic!
