What is the Photoshop Phortnight?
See this link:

And for other examples, see here:
http://www.worth1000.com/
The two above websites should give a fair idea of what is involved. Also you can check out the earlier Photoshop Phridays in this forum.
Note: Photoshopping isn't drawing a completely new image -- It's editing images to create a new image, such as editing one image or combining several images.
Also, you don't have to specifically use Photoshop -- Paint Shop Pro, Gimp or any other ~equally good programs can be used.

Art Butchering
At Worth1k sometimes referred as "Modern Renaissance (http://www.worth1000.com/cache/contest/contestcache.asp?contest_id=1766&start=1&end=10)", your mission is to alter artwork (such as Mona Lisa or David) to include modern elements (such as politicans, celebrities, pop culture references, adventure game references etc.) as in my themepost "Pope Sulley", after Raphaels "Portrait of Pope Julius II".

You can include a small original (or a link to it) if it's not well known (should not be needed for Mona Lisa or Birth of Venus, for example).

Thought I'd carry on with some Pixar pop-culture.

Is that David Seaman?
Anyway, Dave, stop recycling pics from the RON fanart gallery!
Does it count if the recycled pic from the RON fanart gallery was recycled from a previous photoshop friday? :)

Should have done more effort in making the monitor look like it was painted, but I had no idea how.
Edit: I updated it somewhat.
Something like this? (http://www.agagames.com/ghormak/pp/venetian_redux.jpg)

Why is the third in a series so often a shoddy 3D effort...?

Ok guys, looks like the second week was less busy than the first one. Still, maybe this is better pace than once a week. There's only so much photoshoppery one can do a month.
While there's boatloads of PS parodies made of American Gothic, Toy Story fits there very well. So, Squirtle, I choose you! Water attack! No, wait.. Darth, I choose you!
Nice work from the other participants too, good luck for the next PP.
