What is a Photoshop ...Phriday?

Photoshopping isn't drawing a completely new image -- It's editing images to create a new image, such as editing one image or combining several images. The contest usually lasts for a fortnight. Also, you don't have to specifically use Photoshop -- Paint Shop Pro, MSPaint, or any other programs can be used. Please make sure your image doesn't exceed the width of the screen.

I often find myself laughing at this supermarket tabloid. Alot of times the pictures within are very poorly edited and the stories are insane. http://www.weeklyworldnews.com/features/politics/61724

So here are the rules

The photo must represent some sort of crazy news story.

The photo must be in Greyscale.

A fake news story is not required but wouldn't hurt.

BTW, this image was created before-hand. I don't know if that disqualifies it or whatever...but it's my entry.

I moved the image to ImageShack because it wasn't appearing correctly on the forums.
