Sorry for the slow response!  Honestly, I just struggle with depression, especially related to creative stuff.  So please don't ever judge something's worth or participation based on when I retract back into my shell because I'm on another downhill in my emotional rollercoaster.

Hi The Great Underground Empire,
Don't worry, no one was taking your specific absence as a problem.  :) Nobody has to participate, and we all have lives outside this forum (I'm sorry yours sounds so difficult right now  :( ). I think people were just interested to hear from past participants. So you're all good. Take care of yourself.

@Creamy @The Great Underground Empire @Kastchey what do you think?

I couldn't think of a good puzzle when I read the setup. Then I was busy and forgot about it.
But there was nothing wrong with the setup IMO.

QuoteHowever, many members express that making puzzles are hard
I find it easier to start with an idea for a puzzle and build the setup around it.
In the same way that you would first devise an original motive and modus operandi if you wrote a whodunit.

Doing it the other way is more challenging, but that's part of the fun here.
