Here's my entry (2x):

The first picture is of me in the Kid costume from Chrono Cross, with me all happy and all that my costume looks alright. The second picture of me is ten minutes after going outside to trick-or-treat, only then realizing that it's -10Â°C (damn those cold Canadian winter days).

EDIT: Meh, transparency wouldn't work. But that doesn't matter, right? ....right?
EDIT EDIT: Apparently, transparency does work. Hmm.
