Ok so the new theme is: your childhood hero
It has to be usable as adventure game characther and have no background. If it's from a computer game you need to have a different approach at him/her.
There are no size or colour limits but the sprite has to be usable in a lo-res adventure game.
Umm i have no example to show you but i think i'll do one myself later.

Done in 10 minutes :P

Does it match my description? If so then please give me a link.
Edited by Gilbot: Please don't quote images unless it's necessary.

When I was a kid, I wanted to study dinosaurs, and I thought that's all scientists ever did. Hence, a scientist.

Long hair, big white sneakers, pilot's jacket...
It's too easy to guess!
(interesting that my mozilla can't show the pictures hosted at 2adventure.com yet Internet Explorer can)

Right?
Ehm I use mozilla and I can see pics from 2dadventure.com maybe reinstalling it?

Heh. It would be great idea to make Macgyver adventure game, because he invents and creates stuff and all. And in adventure games you have to solve puzzles like in his movies if you know what I mean.
Right! (http://www.increator.pri.ee/muz/macgyver.mp3)
I like macgyver too ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

But then it'd be full of illogical puzzles! Use bloody tampon on birdhit = atomic bomb, which we use to ignite the fuse to a water tower which saves the world!
AND, every time MacGyver comes up in some of our threads, someone wants to make a game.
I've seen no game yet!
"You spent seven years on MacGuyver and you can't figure this one out? We've got belt buckles and shoelaces and a piece of gum -- build a nuclear reactor, for crying out loud! You used to be MacGuyver, MacGadget, MacGimmick, now you're Mr. MacUseless! Dear God -- I'm stuck on a glacier with MacGuyver!"
(I love that quote... a cookie to whoever knows where it's from.)
Stargate.. unaired segment found on episode special features, yeah? I couldn't help getting sucked into that series. I think, in large part, due to Richard Dean Anderson
Can i ask when voting begins?
Usually Sprite Jams aren't voted for, instead the creator of the topic (in this case BoG) just decides on a winner, although it has been known in the past for this person to decide on a vote. Usualy we just have to wait for 'em though...
And the winner is... earlwood's Frank Zappa.
Those were some great enteries from everybody but some of them didn't count since i asked for a sprite that would be usable in a lo-res adventure game. I was also seriously considering In Creator and DanClarke's enteries but it seemed like both sprites had really weird poses, esp with the legs.
I'm really sorry about being late with this, i've been having problems with my internet connection.
