You need the map. A lady is guarding it. The lady looks like she has bad eyesight. Very thick glasses, gray hair and round cheeks. She looks like she's in a generally bad mood.
Man: Excuse me, could I have that map over there?
Lady: Certainly not!
Man: Any particular reason? Is it valuable or something?
Lady: It's been hand-signed by the president! You betcha it's valuable!
Man: I happened to see you were drinking liquor on duty, It's illegal, don't you know?
Lady: I did no such things. You must be imagining. Now if you'll excuse me, I have business to attend to.
Man: But...
Lady: Goodbye, sir. (rude)

Hide behind weird looking flower
Wait for lady to lean over counter to see if anyone is in the room
Lady takes out bottle and takes a sip
Player talks to Lady while she's drinking
Man: AHA! Caught you red-handed!
Lady: Oh not you again.
Man: Can I have the map?
Lady: Take it. Just go away, and stay away
Man: Goodbye, ma'am (rude)
You can use voice-editing software for the Old Lady if you want :)

Schwing! What a great success this competition was! Incase someone else is going to enter do so! I will end this competition 5-7 hours. Come on, you know you want to.
I don't think there should be so many competitions with both male and female characters. It would probably be best if the dialog would fit for either male or female...
