He transleted the games and now everybody can play it!!


The story:
For an accident of Voodoo Lady, Guybrush and LeChuck exchange their body and now they must return in the normal situaction but many adventures wait them.

In the first game we play with Guybrush in the LeChuck's body, and in the second game we play with LeChuck in the Guybrush's body.
These are my first games so they aren't so long but i hope that the next chapters are more long then these.

I had the same problem - it doesn't work for me either.

The links work fine but you have to be very patient... reporting back when played.

Remember:
You must extract the folder otherwise the game dosen't start!  ;)

A few things I notice after starting the game..

- Guybrush disappears whenever Elaine is talking..
- The commands over a hotspot/object are not translated..?
- When visiting the hanged man to the right of the dancing skeleton I didn't have any menu at the bottom, nor could I interact with anything.

Another new twist on monkey island (sigh), I dont mind new monkey stories but how about some original graphics fella

The problem with Guybrsuh at the start, i couldn't fix it.
I never had a problem in that room, Leon.... :o

More thingies:

- The man in the library doesn't have a name/mouseover..
- The absense of menu at the hanging man happens a few times more during the game (seems pretty random but only that location).
- The give-command doesn't work.
- The fact that I have to 'use' the narrow alley is rather strange. I expected to just walk in.
- A real funny one: when you use the monkey on ... whatever, all hotspots shift about 20px to the left..
- The same seems to be the case with the twig.
- The command 'open' results in 'use'. Not a big deal but I can't open anything.. ;-)

I had say that these is my first two games so there are a lot of bug and I'm afraid but I'm working to fix many of these bugs in the third chapter!!  ;)

Stuck in Chapter 2.

Got Y-Drink but cannot open doors.
Need 20 pcs. of eight, but from where?

I have a nasty suspicion that there might be some other technical issues. I'm unaccountably stuck on the first level.... oh, yeah, and on the second, apparently having run out of places to go right at the start. Keys don't appear to unlock doors. Is there a walkthrough anyplace where I canjudge whether something's gone wrong or if I'm just plain dumb?

This is in dire need of alpha-testing. I'm not gonna play it like that.

The games are very well playable with nice puzzles. Although they could be polished a bit, it was fun to play.

It's not too bad. There are worse first-time productions and although there are some minor things that could be changed, it's fun to play. If you keep in mind that look, talk and use are the only commands you'll use, there's nothing wrong with the games.

A few things in part 2:

- The fireplace in the pub doesn't have a name
- The voodoo lady is constantly referred to a 'he and him' (translation issue).
- At Stan's there's a line not translated.
- The fruit of fear doesn't have a name

I'm so sorry for the bugs but I'm happy that many people play these games and i hope that in the next chapter, the bugs will be less than the first two chapters

Sorry, where? I can't find anything like that there, but then I can't open the door opposite or go downstairs.

Assuming you have the saw, walk north when on deck. That will make you visit the island.

I don't know about anybody else, but I think that this game is pretty good, one or two little bugs aside (and they're mainly to do with translation from Italian to English, not anything actually significnat for gameplay per se). However, I think the reason I'm getting continually stuck (at present in both levels I cant work out what Im supposed to be getting Fafri...) isthat the labels to interact with are very difficutlt to find. I don't know whether that's something that can be fixed at all.... It shuld also be pointed out that some of the dialogue is contignent on the player having done stuff before; but you can talk to the guard without having looked at the poster, for example.

Nevertheless, certainly worth a go.

Crashing bug report : try to "look at" the key on the ghost ship ( main deck ), the game halts :  "invalid message number".

Please try to correct some of the suggested bugs / translation issues, that would increase the interest of your game.

I know that there are many bugs but now i'm working on the new chapter so i want so concentrare on this and i hope that the bugs in this chapter will be less then in the first two

as you wish, but this is not how it is supposed to be :)
