When you go back into either of the games, It only give you one option to reload and not the two options of either game. I just emailed Young Gabriel King author to let him know.

Don't understand what did you mean by that, did you unzip both games into the same folder? You shouldn't do that.
Also, please don't quote the whole post with pictures, it's quite annoying.

I know why the "IV " stands for. Because most of the people will think "Oh wow look! It's King's Quest IV remake! No remakes are maded of this game so far, so let's download it!" ;). But then, they will realize that it's not King's but Knight's. Clever.
Heh. I beat it. I sure hope you finish it.
The ripped and altered graphics were something else.
I also really liked that puzzle with the gardener. Sheer genious!
I hope you do make the other ones. (that is, 1-3)

What am I supposed to do with the seeds? I assume I'm supposed to plant them so they vines will grow and I can climb into the castle, but I'm not really sure how to accomplish this as I can't seem to use the seeds anywhere

Thanks Joyce. I checked back to the initial post and noticed that it had been updated with a newer version of the game. I think I had the older version with a bug where I couldn't plant the seeds. Playing through again with the newer version I was finally able to finish the game.

You need to plant them in the future (door XVIII) in front of the castle. Depending on the version of game you're playing, you might not be able to plant the seeds at all and thus not be able to finish the game :'(
If you're able to plant the seeds, let me know, I'd like a copy of your game.

You're completely right! My mistake. I wasn't able to plant them (not in the past, nor in the future) so I read this thread and assumed it was the version of the game that caused it.

I've just completed the game. It was a very nice, easy game, with very nice graphics reminiscent of Kings Quest. Some I think were copied directly, perhaps modified slightly, but still very nice. I think that the opening scene looked too much like KQ3, but the rest were very nice.
My one question is why does the game end abruptly without the hero finishing his quest? It's like watching a movie. and, right before the final climax, seeing the words THE END appear on the screen. A cliffhanger ending is one thing, but this was more like the film getting eaten up in the projector right before it's over. Is the game finished? Or do we have to wait for the sequel?
In the meantime, egamer, play Knight's Quest III - Tides of Merania. It's out, you know.
That's very strange, as at the beginning of this topic it said that there were no Knights Quest I - III. Then I realized that this topic was created in 2005 and that somebody bumped it up three years.
I've started to play Knights Quest III, and it appers to be a very interesting game, much larger and more involved than Knights Quest IV. It seems to be a lot like Kings Quest VI, with the magic map and traveling from island to island, but also like TSL with the ability play three sparate players.
Knight's Quest III was made after IV. Part's I & II were never made (as far as I know). So when this topic started, there was no part III.
It's a shame, really. I really want to see Knight's Quest I and II, but it seems like Frequentor disappeared...
I was Excited to see those as well. I messaged him a couple times asking about another chapter.
Alas, he never responded.
