Finally, I present you

entry for October 2003 MAGS.

I followed my instinct, so this game is what it is. I did not try to make this game funnier than it would become, all I say is I hope you like it even a bit.

STORY:

The game's events take place in mid-June 2004 in New Mexico.

You play as Mac, a young boy, who comes into a clash with the police, and gets judged very disturbed, so for sent to a human nature research institute in New Mexico. Your goal is to get out.

NOTES:

I made a VerbCoin from scratch... and improvised... It may be uneasy sometimes, but I hope you can play at all.

about the rules, I included description of used inv/forum member/ohter in the readme, and I suggest you play the game through before reading 'em to keep a suprise element in the game.

I hope to a bit of feedback....

Good story untill now. I'm not far in the game, because I got stucked in room 1 :P ... well... I'll figure it out!
I just feel like I need to comment that there are alot of spelling faults, in the intro, and also in room 1. It seems that you blindtyped it, and didn't checked the sentences, because some words miss their last letter, or some obvious letter in the middle. So maybee you should take a look at that. I haven't found any bugs yet, but maybee that's because im stuck!

I have the bed and the toilet as inventory. I looked at everything, and the tab is stucked, though im sure I need to do something with the tab and the airconditioner window on the top, but I can't figure it out! :(

well i got out of room1 :P, the VerbCoin is quite good... i aint finish the game yet but upto now i like it, all i can say is the guy must have bloody big pockets!!

nice one tk and your lift animation is cool :P

I agree, the verb coins is excellent.. (I can't even begin to think how that baby works)..

The game was great, (yeah room 1 was tricky.. heh).. nice puzzles.. (one door puzzle in particular was very funny)..

The lift animation was very smooth (both directions of it).

Had fun playing it.. good job TK :)

Minimi: I read the intro through every time I tested from the beginning... How...? I should really have a look at it... I knew someone would get stuck in the first room... When I started thinkin of the game, the 'big pockets' thing was the first on my mind, second came the puzzle.

That was pretty good Tk,

I'm not sure if I finished it or not, but I did get the end credits, Intersting puzzles, And the verb coin was not bad, I was a bit confused how to use it at the start, but realised you had to right click ON what you wanted to use it on. (there could be instructions in the readme, but I like to figure these things out myself)

Also sometimes depending where you had to click it, the mouse was right on the edge of the menu that came up and if you moved the mouse slightly the menu went away and you had to get it back again. A little tidying up of the coin and it will be quite a good system.

I liked the humor of the puzzles, and enjoyed it to the end, or what the end was for me, I think it's over

I like the way the interface works. It was a bit too easy to slip off the inventory window though; maybe it could be wider where it meets at the coin end and have the arrows on that side or below the item display part.

OK, I've gotten past room 1, I've got the bed, the tap, the toilet, the TV, the ID card, and the axe. What do I do next? I presume it's something on floor 3, but I don't know what!

In addition to all the used items (to get the explosion) I have 2 item I cannot find any use.  Can I have some hint at least, so I can get the alternative ending?

The pop-up inv in the top-right is meant to let you use inv items on each other, aswell. There is also one unused room object in the last room if you come to the first ending... actually it's the alternative. I didn't make so the player could get killed a few seconds before the end, and would have to load back, or even start all over again.

 :-[ Ops! I've to say that this time was my fault because i missed the html manual in the zip....and so I missed the top-right inventory...

I think that your verbcoin is nice so you should try (if possible) to integrate the topright menu in it....
