Good News! I've recently been making some big strides in my drawing and animation skills.Ã, These two fellows are my lastest creations. Do the walkcycles match up well with the other view? I was going for a simple yet consistent style. Do they need more shading?

The gifs aren't of the best quality but I think you can get the picture.Ã, Any suggestions on how to improve them?
Looks pretty nice
You should make the heads slightly move up and down as they walk, right now it looks like they are hanging from their heads
the back of the coat of the 1st guy doesn't show between his legs. Also, when he is walking, his legs pass through his coat! You should have the coat move along with his lega
I'm being overtly nitpicky, but the nose of the pirate looks longer in the big picture than in the walk cycle sprite. The fingers on the right hand look weird when it's in the most forward position, more like a closed fist that has spikes sticking from it.
Nice artwork.
The first one, if I look at the color of his face and eyes, seems to be some kind of zombie pirate. If he really is, then his walk-cycle is just too normal. Remember good ol' LeChuck in Monkey Island 2? He limped with one leg, what gave him this scary touch. And secondly: Is this lump on the back head of the zombie pirate his right ear? Can't really rell in this size. But if it is, it should be placed more sidewards.
