Title: 2 MIDIs to listen and criticise
Post by: Eigen on Tue 21/10/2003 16:46:07
Here are two midis to listen. My first try to make midis from guitar tabs.

MIDI 1 (http://www.hot.ee/alpond/music1.mid)
MIDI 2 (http://www.hot.ee/alpond/music2.mid)

And what program are guys using to make midis?

Not too bad.

From which tabs they are token from?

Sounds a little bit like blink-182 or something like that.

Not all that bad. I suggest using Guitar Pro if you want to tab from guitars, its pretty good.

Nice! The 2nd one is the best... The only thing I didn't like is that you used the same instrument for the whole song. Try adding different instruments or drums etc

I use Anvil Studio. It is BY FAR the easiest music editor to use and it works really well. I recommend it to anyone wanted to create their own MIDIs.

Hey, thanks for that program. It's so cool. Made a new version of MIDI 2 (http://www.hot.ee/alpond/tune.mid)

Yeah it sounds like Blink 182 because that's my favourite band of all, but actually is a song I made for my band. It's titled "Another Morning" and we're about to record it.
