rite thanks guy i have an edit here to show you




i made the arm thick as mentioned and i also changed the feet, i made him fatter and i gave him a bit more muscle.

what do you think?

If that's supposed to be a gun he's holding, you may want a handle on it.

If he's tugging on the collar of his jackect, you may want to re-colour.

Otherwise, what's in his hand?

o yeh it is a gun and it does look pretty wierd atm, kind of looks like a knife or somthing, sorry ill get it changed, anything else while im at it?

There's something about his lower hand that bugs me... Maybe it won't look bad onec things are animated, but right now at a quick glance it looks a little... um... wang-ish.

Your best sprite so far... can't see anything worth changing, though the gun looks like a cigar/cigarette, which would be cooler, IMO.   Very nice.
