it's good work, even if you did it with the help of a tut.
looks good the apple!
are you going to go the 3dsmax way for creating adventure games?

Once I learn more, I'm definitely gonna use 3DS Max for an adventure game!

It's just a heck of alot easier for me to learn.

I'm still going by the 'I'll buy it if I ever start making money from it' way of thinking ._.
They should make a home edition anyway, if it was under a few hundred dollars I'd prbably have bought it by now.

I did this about a jillion years ago, when I thought I may be interested in 3d.

Of course, my site seems to be down at the moment, so imagine something that looks vaguely like an ass that's been beaten severely with a bat.

Needless to say, I shortly gave up.

LGM on the otherhand, has already managed to surpass my ability by a million. Congrats.

that's ok netgraph, my awesome image does that, don't worry though soon you'll be jumping into the world of amazing in your face 3d just like i am

just remember these rules:

1.) Bump Map EVERYTHING, it doesn't matter what it is and it doesn't matter what the bump map is just do it!

2.) Make everything shiny... like really shiny, like the world was made out of ceramic

3.) Never use less than 2 million polygons. The more polygons the more in your face the 3d is.

4.) If you've already made it shiny and you've already added a bump map? Why not go ahead and make it reflective?

5.) THERE ARE NO RULES! LOLOLOLO LOLLERZ!!11!

just follow these rules especially rule 5!! LOL and pretty soon everyone around you will be all like "Woah! What the heck is this that's all up in my face?" and you can smile and be like "That's my 3d dude... that's my 3d"

Ahhh... 3D memories.  This takes me back to 1998 when I graduated from college and wasn't working yet, so I spent an unhealthy about of time futzing with Poser and Bryce 3D.

"Starving Actor"

"Flying Saucers"

"Starbug"  from Red Dwarf, of course.  The lighting sucks.

"View"

"Eye of teh Golden Pyramid"

"Moonlit Watertower"  The lighting here also sucks

"Abstract Duck."  I honestly thought it was cool at the time.

And some more that are even more rubbish.

These are about five years old, now.  My Bryce knowledge is now practically forgotten, and is woefully out of date anyway.  But 3D is fun.  I should try futzing with 3D Max sometime
