New music track for Henri to C&C

Seventh track, more ambient than usual, this time.
I'm totally in love with Syko guitar and Sytrus pads.

and I can't fight this repetitivity thing I like in music (damn you, trance!).

Is this meant to be background music? If it isn't, then add a lead on top of everything, playing a memorable, mellifluous melody. (how's that for an alliteration?)

In any case, it could sure use a deep sub bass to accompany the drums. I think the bass will fill it out nicely. Then find a way to thicken up the pad sound you're using to make it fill more space. Maybe a little compresser and a little stereo reverb.

It is background music. That's why I'm trying to use lottsa pads and ambient non-sticking-out sounds.

Bass? Now, that's good point. I have to experiment a lot though to get it right.

I like what you've done here. It has a very mild flow alot like the planetfall music for Star Control II (if you've heard it). I'm going to say I think this will work perfect as is for a background tune. Nice work!

Yea, it's very good music.
Actually I'd personally change the snare instument, but it's just me.

And when I listen to this music -- I visualize heaven and god and angels... I don't know how much would that fit to your game.

Anyways I like it.

I think that it would benefit from some more bass, as Greg said.

But I wouldn't add anything else actually. Maybe thiken the pads a little, but by adding notes, not plug-ins...

I do like it and it is very good as background music. Very well Done!

I would change the sound of the drums, make them just a little louder. This is just an advice though, you might like it more this way. Maybe if you added bass like Greg suggested, it would be better.

I'm not so sure about adding bass, because it's quite an enlightening track with... etheral qualities?

but the drum beat, for me, doesn't gel well with the music and loops to quickly.

EDIT: by looping too quickly, I mean it's repetitive.

the guitars remind me a bit of the Cure!

Overall though I can't wait to hear this whilst solving puzzles!
