sea and sky = quite blah, imo.

Pretty damn good. You risk the sea looking too calm with the almost perfect reflection, and the bottom left... thing needs work, but really good otherwise, very nice, very Devon.

Oh, and antialiasing might help on the edges.

I really like it.  I like the shading on the trees on the hillside.  Very nicely done.  The sea does look a bit too calm though.  The sky is good except for the big cloud on the bottom left where it meets the ocean.  Something about that doesn't seem 'right'.

Good work!

The cloud wouldn't really "meet" the ocean. If it's SO far away that it appears to meet the ocean, it won't be bright white. It's got gazillion of air and dust particles between the camera and the cloud, you'd need to make it more blue and translucent.

explains it quite well

It's pretty darn good. How did you do it? Any advice?

WOW! That chadding is pretty dman good.

Whoah!
But this big green mountain would look alot better if it's edge was made of very circular and bumpy hills, not just low-poly-3d-like lines.
In other words, make it much rounder and smoother.
Some hand-made antialiasing would help to smoothen things out here too.

But many hills DO look like that from the angle we're looking at.
It's quite an accurate depiction

Some lighting modifications:

Lit it up with some sunlight from the left. It had a kind of dull cloudy day look to it.
Looking for a writer

Loominous living up to his name there... Good work.

Looks great :) I think it would be better if it was more blue as the weather was cloudy/rainy.
