Sin Sin this background look much beter now that the blacklines are out.

One thing the red thingy on the building is not in perspective... check it out and sort it out.
Remember Vanishing points.

Now its time to add more detial like lines in middle of road (please remember vanishing points)
texture that sidewalk etc.

On a shading not the alley walls shading looks wierd done well just wierd to what real shading will be like wheres the light source?

Secondly no shading under that big red thing...

Maybe put a sign on the top of the building or on wall like a logo of the coffee shop/diner/ whatever it is.

It looks good keep it up!

Ps its friday night I dont think many ppl will reply....

Work done
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  No black lines
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Sign added
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  More clouds
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Shaded windows and corrected perspective for umbrella type object ( i think)
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Reshaded Ally way
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Road texture
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  White Lines
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Fire hydrant
Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Crack in wall

Does anyone reckon that the lines in the road should have perspective ...

hmmmmmmm

Just spotted that the pavement is not correct as its done at the wrong angle near the grass

I think the road is too big a surface. It should probably contain a sidewalk on the camera end or something. But maybe it will look better with road lines and texture. I would put some perspective on the lines as you suggest.

Edit, when I posted first, the last image didn't load properly. This one lookds much nicer already! Yes, I feel that the road llines should follow the "vanishing point lines" just like everything else in your drawings. Including the pavement edge on the left.

I think it's really nice. Only the green stuff makes it look like it isn't in a city wich I expect such a shop to be.
Also the pavement looks a bit empty maybe add some signs to fill it up (ex. traffic sign, busstop sign)

keep up the good work.  ;)

The white lines in the road shoudl follow perspective as well; their edges should not be completely vertical.

The grey building needs more detail.  Maybe brickwork, posters, windows, or just some texture.
