Hey, was messing around in some composition software today;

Not really sure what much more I want to do with it, make it more interesting I suppose. Yeah. Anyway, crits appreciated. Thanks =)

ohhh, just listened to it. I love it. Awesome piece of msuic. You did a friggin good job at composing it. What programs do you use I wonder....

I couldn't think much to critic on, perhaps it could be longer and have a bit more percussions in it, doesn't have to be a beat , but something with a rythm could be nice.

But even as it is now, it's really nice.

Thanks.
I used Guitar Pro 5.0

I actually enjoyed it very much. It sounds like the soundtrack for a solemn, pivotal scene. With that in mind, if you feel like taking it in that direction, perhaps a bit more bass might help bring out the solemnity. If I'm way off, then apologies - ignore me  ;D

Heh, thanks, that's pretty much exactly what I went for.
In terms of the bass suggestion, I was thinking of adding a cello either four or eight bars in, gonna try it out when I work on it tomorrow =)

The only advice I can give is, try to see how it sounds if played back at a slower tempo. It might add something to it.

I like to imagine after a couple bars some drums kick in, then after 2 more guitar comes out....shit I better go write this down.
I challenge you to message me with a game that sucks more then Peter Jackson's king kong: The official game of the movie.

That main melody can get a bit annoying after all of those repeats. Maybe have them fade after the initial note, like a delayed signal. The bell mixed with the organ just does not blend well. A single bell might sound even more dramatic, adding doubles on important notes.

The bass is definitely not prominent enough. A cello might help, but a contrabass might be a better choice. Probably just a volume level thing, but when you're working with midi, there are always going to be some volume issues. It's not that there's not enough bass, it's that they're way too much high end, which, again, is just a problem with midi.
