and another question...i've tried to animate him, but i have no experience in such things, so result isn't good  :'(...can anyone help me with animation? or maybe just give me some url on how to learn(improve) it...

As always Kafka is one good place to start, and you know, you can always find lots of good stuff from this thread on the top of this forum.
