Do you mean phisically or morally?
Because if you mean it morally - there should be brains sliding out the back of his head.

(but seriously it looks good - but his shoulders should roll too - like a wave going through his body, atleast thats what happened the last time I shot someone in the head.)

I tried moving shoulders but i couldn't get it to look real (No source material of someone getting shot being the downfall)

You pic isn't working. No dramatic flyback as im not very good at animating. Im taking it one step at a time.

He can blink after being shot because he is my invincible animation test dude.

The door on the bank seems a little thin for its height and the tree would use some detail such as leaves and cracks in the bark, but other then that nope..

The windows need window jams (if such things exist)
and your tree is biologically incorrect - the canopy is too small for it's height and it needs some limbs man. Also the trunk looks a little watery (seethru) make the trunk abit darker.

I did a quick paint-over of your head-shot guy. I didn't want to redraw the whole thing and add recoil, so I added a bit more goo hanging from the back of his head. I wanted to edit it, not reinterpret it.

a few measley pixels were added to the back of his head, only. The style of the character is nice and clean. Cool beans.

If you'd like some help in the animatin' department, I'd suggest Richard Willaim's Animators Survival Kit.

I think the arterial spray should start sooner ... not after he loses his head. Nice animation though.  :D
