im am sorta new at this i need help on darkening areas for dark areas in rooms and lighter areas i near lights im using this program called neopaint and its kinda tricky to do

I am not aquainted with neopaint, but according to their website, since version 4.5 the program contains a Burn/Dodge tool. Look for that.
