Today I decided that I don't care if it becomes a community series or not, I'm really proud of the writing I did, and I always had trouble getting an artist on board, so I've decided to do it myself as well as I can. This is Richard Merck's, the main character, PI office.

Hi, I think its great that you try to create your your own artwork for your ideas. 
The mirrored text on the window looks great.
I think you intuitively tried to adhere to the 1 vanishing point perspective rule, but it is off in certain parts of your picture. I also noticed that you used a weird format (731x482). You should stick to 320x200 or 640x400. I would advise 320x200. Its easier to draw than the higher resolutions.
The picture itself looks really blurry and at least on my screen very dark. I know its night, but you should add a lamp somewhere.
I have tried to correct the perspective, maybe you should add more depth (smaller back wall), so that the chair could move.

As you can see I have left my construction lines in there as a guideline with reduced opacity. The horizon is defined by your outside picture(?).

Thanks Cobra, I've just worked on correcting the perspective following your guidelines very closely. I think it looks quite a lot better now.

The cabinet really doesn't need to be that deep. If you go back to the dimensions in your first image, only with correct perspective, it will be fine.

Looks great but the side toward the back of the cabinet shouldn't rise like it does.  Makes it look kinda weird.  Desk seems bare, unless you want it to be an empty/new office or something.  Great job, and it's awesome that you're doing your own artwork.
