Raven's Sprite thread

Excellent work Raven!! I realy like your style it reminds me of something but I'm not sure what!! Is that banner for a game your making?? If it is it looks real exciting!

The banner is pretty much a sig But I am preparing to work on a game. I'm gonna re-do the monster sprite in the quality of the bottom 3 I think, it should look really cool. I'm also looking towards online play but that depends if I can figure out a way to implement it.

As for the style, I get my idea from many different places combined with original ideas. It's strange, I don't even notice when I'm letting other games influence me. For instance, the sprite I did of Darth Mandarb's avatar. I didn't use outline which is an influence from the lucasarts sprites and the general style must've been something I picked up from either here or over at cokemusic. The shading is kinda like Darth Mandarb's style too.
