I'm not realy qualified for c&c but, this bg does look great! The style used will definatley make it an enjoyable game.

This is quite good!

The buildings in the background look a tad wonky, but the rest looks top notch!

The shading is excellent, achieving near a 3D rendered look, however ...

Is there a parking light over that trailer/caravan thing?  I appears to be lit from a different angle than the light source that is casting the shadow of the building.

Other than that, it looks great man!

Nice - but I think the sky needs to be more simplified - it's too complex for your cartoony style maybe?
Hey! All my awesome trophies dissapeared in the year since I was here last. CONSARN_IT! with an underscore!!! I earned dem tings!! Oh well. Hope your Monkey floats.

Of course I don't know what it's going to be used for, but it seems that the centre of the image is rather empty, and all the good stuff is jammed away in the corners.

Beautiful style!

Oh, and one more very minor thing - maybe you could have a stone lintel above the door, rather than having the door cut into the stones like that.
Still waiting for Purity of the Surf II

Brill- I love the style you have. Maybe if the building is a shop it might beniait from a window?
