I've made this background in one hour. Is this good enough to base my game on this or i need to learn more.

hmm nice
You should add some shading on the fence (atm it looks flat) also with the mountains you should have made the gradient then overlapped the moutains, so there isn't such a flat line.
nice buildings ;D
I'd have to disagree with Hotspot on the buildings. I don't really think they look that great, because the perspective seems to be off, especially on the building to the right.
I think the mountains in the background look really nice, and so does the grass and dirt path.
It could use some more shading here and there. For example, the buildings could use some ground shadows, along with the fence/wall thing.

hmm, sorry didnt notice, yeah he is right, the door and window aren't right
The window & door thing is right but the building's structure might match perspective, depending upon how you look at it. If the grass is sloping up towards the fence in the background, then everything's copacetic. If that's the case, some shading might clarify the issue. Other than that and the line under the hills, I think it looks pretty neat & clean and (most importantly) workable for gameplay.
Apart from what the others have said it looks pretty good. I personally don't like the gradient shading (at least that's what it looks like to me) in the right hand doorway. Just look a bit ... odd. Anyway, the path in the background isn't too far off is it? I mean, does a player sprite still look OK that far back?
I agree with Yak about the perspective. It's not neccisarily wrong, because it gives the impression that the buildings are on a hill.
