I have made a bg. I did it all freehand excpet for the bricks whic i only drew once then copied. The side wall of he bar is pretty dodgy but i dont know how to fix it. All comments and insults welcome. ;D

The bricks on the side wall need to be tilted at the same angle as the bottom line of that wall.
