Hey Accolyte - I think he is very very cool. Couple of things I thought I would change, just to see what you thought...

Notes:
-Changed horns to be smaller - I thought they looked a bit better this way.
-Changed eyes from cross eyed look.
-Changed nose to a snout.
-Changed wings - still small but a bit bigger.
-Changed arms to hands-on-hips style.
-Made him less fat, but gave him moobs.
-Made legs more lizardy...
I hope at least one of these changes gives you an idea.
