Title: Buc2 background of a house
Post by: Hobbes on Sun 08/05/2005 00:55:22
(http://www.unosar.com/img/patrician.gif)

I've been working on this screen for quite some time now and it's evolved quite a lot. I'm mostly pleased with it now... I've been experimenting with some new brushes in photoshop and it turned out nicely, I think.

I'm still a bit uncertain about the fountain in the foreground (no water there yet). Also, the fence and bushes don't really seem to work for me...

Crits, anyone?

(Feel free to edit, btw.)

You may like the fence and bushes better if you draw some of the bushes poking through the fence in spots and growing under it.  Looks good.

The ground on the front looks a bit funky. Should be lighter and bleeker.

It looks great!

About the fence:
No fence is that clean. Try painting some rust or algae (is that how it's spelled?) on it and it'll look much better I promise you.

I think you need to add shadows, thats a major thing that needs to be done unless its night time, which I cant really tell.
