Welcome!
But about your sprite:

Quotei need to know if he needs some changes

What do you think?
Does he need some changes?

Sorry, I don't see any effort in this.

Make 10 sprites.
Maybe you could post eleventh here.

also, for pixel graphics, use PNG format. This way, image won't be so blurry.

Also, as a new member, pay attention to those:

...and start using punctuation!

Welcome to the forums!

The sprite... Well... Judging by the ears, I would suppose that it is some kind of red rabbit or something. I would suggest looking at some reference pictures to see how rabbits usually pose and how the actual anatomy of rabbits look and work. I would also try spending some more time on your sprite. Instead of just using three colours and smashing up some shapes in two minutes hoping someone will teach you how to do it, you might want to look at other work that have inspired you earlier and try to see how they use colours and stuff like that...

:)

it was a lot clearer then i noticed i saved it to jpg.. Oh,, anyway, well using basic shapes can do magic. That took me 20 secs.. not happy about it but you can draw like this with some and little practise.
Worked on Strangeland, Primordia, Hob's Barrow, The Cat Lady, Mage's Initiation, Until I Have You, Downfall, Hunie Pop, and every game in the Wadjet Eye Games catalogue (porting)

Is it a rabbit or a troll?

Anyhow.  Vary the colours and try to draw some of the outline yourself.  The ellipse and lines trolls are wonderful, but using them to make sprites is the easy way out and makes them look amatroll.

Have another go and don't be afraid to spend some time on it.  Some people here can whip up an amazing troll in under an hour but those people are gods.  The rest of us have to put a lot of blood, sweat and time into it.

Be gentle, guys...it's an important moment in a young boy's life when he has his first spirte.

Wait, did I not pun that up enough?  Spirte.  Spiiiiiirte.

Like "spurt".  Um, now I just feel awkward.

Don't worry. Even if no one else did, at least I got the joke.

To stay on the subject, making decent looking sprites is something that usually takes a lot of time and practice. I often fail and give up, but you shouldn't be afraid to scrap something and start all over again. Give it another go, I'm sure you can do better.

Cluey

One thing that will get you started with a basic front view is symmetry, you're character isn't very complex so it should do wonders just to take half and flip it over to make the other half. Like thus:

I drew the eyes in afterwards.

But as you see, symmetry goes a long way. You can easily make something like that with just the shape tool and paint.
