Im kinda unhappy with the hands and his left arm and possibly the open car door

You shouldn't be, it's quite good.  The hand on the top of the car could be fairly accurate depending upon how it's colored.  If you check out tutorials that actually show the sketch-stage, it's funny how "off" some of their lines are.  Just finish and color the drawing (if it's meant to be colored, of course) and you can "eyeball" the corrections as you go.  Don't think your lines have to be concrete once you've put them in place.  

Now, as far as small criticisms go:  The arms (sleeves, really) have different widths and styles.  The ego's right arm seems skinny and enclosed in a disco-suit styled sleeve.  the other one looks like a more traditional sleeve.  Maybe you could find a happy medium and relax the clothing of the door-arm and tighten that of the roof-arm.  As for the car door, if it's meant to resemble a realistic vehicle, the door should be a bit longer and preferably angled back instead of perpendicular to the car itself.  Really, the image shows a lot of potential, it's just a bit too incomplete to properly judge at the moment.  Keep up the good work!

I like the hands - that's one of the hardest things to get right usually. You just need to tighten up the fingers on his left hand a bit. Zoom in there and tweak every pixel. The thumb's perfect already.

The lapels look a bit "curly", and the jacket seems to be glued to his body - the way he's standing, I'd expect the left hand side to flop open. I'd add a couple more wrinkles at the elbows too.

Kinda looks like he's pushing a bent steel girder into the car while climbing out of the car with his feet still inside. Plus his fingers look chopped off and his left hand only has 4 fingers while the other one has 5? was it intentional? Otherwise... It's great. I just noticed one thing: The roof of the car is in his waist-height. If the car is a sportscar, this is the correct height, but if it's a 'normal' car, the roof should be in height with his armpits. But maybee he is 3 meters tall?
