Cant draw the head for SupaGrl

Well, this won't be much help, but you may want to round out her jaw a bit.  Currently she has a terminal case of Manjaw.

Other than that, just follow simple drawing rules for people:  Eyes in middle of face, with one eye length in between. Tops of ears parallel with eyes.  Be sure to include a nose, mouth, maybe an eyebrow or two and any other features you desire (i.e. freckles, moles, acne, gaping flesh wounds).

Anyway, I'm not an artist by any means so don't take my word for it...
