Here's my recently made background. It would be nice of you guys if you'd help me out with this.
My main problem is that "BB's" sign, but any other help is welcome too. Sign is supposed to glow, but I'm out of ideas.

It doesn't seem to glow really, because it's not projecting any light... THe BB letters should be having some glowing effect, which would "engulf" the letters, with a green-ish blue colour around them (like having a green light and lightning the blue sign).
Other than that the BG is amazingly cute and I would love to play a game with that BG in it :)

If it's going to be in a game, it'll be animated too.
I couldn't really explain but i did a little edit on the blackshadow on the ground...
