Title: C&C for first character (gothic schoolgirl)

It's the first I've made that wasn't just for fun (well it is, but, I mean more of a 'I should really finish this' and less 'that was fun I'm gonna do something else now' attitude).  Any comments?  Walk cycles are next, and I really can't animate very well.

The Front and back view aint bad but her fase looks too manly at the side view. Try movin the chin back to give her face a bit more oval shape.

Thank you Krysis. :)  Here's an update:

I brought the chin back and up a bit.  I think it's a big improvement.

Just a very very quick thing. Maybe it will look better maybe it wont.  :-\

She looks like she is about to fall foward in the side view, move the head back a bit, or maybe have her leaning back a little more, her weight isn't distributed equally.

Then again, in any one of the things looks like she is about to collapse from exaustion.  She has that "I stayed up 12 nights in a row, and ate nothing but coffee" look to her.  I say it looks good that way.

I had noticed the lopsidedness, and yeah she does look a bit heavy on one side.  But, I was trying to go for a sort of hunched look, and it was also in accordance with the walking animation (it'll be a sort of shuffle type walk, like when you just wake up and get out of bed :P).  But I could try moving the head back just to see how it looks.

edit: here, didn't bring it too far back, because as I said I want some sort of slumped look, not chin up proud  n' mighty type:

still can't decide which I like more though, this one, or the head slightly forward.

Reminds me a little of Lydia from the cartoon "Beetle Juice". ;)

...not sure why though.  ???

That's funny, I was more inspired by the movie version of Lydia. :P  But yes, you're right. :D  She's (the character I made) a sort of amalgamation of a few different gothic type characters, so you may see a little of a few different characters in there somewhere. :)
