Oh, for the first time in ages I've done some AOTS work, so please some help with:
It looks very jerky for a 10-frame anim to me. I know that the edges need cleaning up, but why is it so jerky?
EDIT: fixed version!
try to get rid of the double pixels, you could also turn her face a little bit more to the right.
Wow, you put a lot of work into it!
I think it jerks because of the one frame you have at the beginning. During the animation, her body leans forward and then when it loops, it looks like her head and upper body snap back into position.
I noticed a strange thing with the walkcycle. The chest looks too much like a male structer. If you look at females, they don't have that kind of chest. Also, it seems that she is flat-chested (no breasts or any breastlines).
My advice is to adjust the chest so it looks more female and maybe add the female breasts there (she doesn't have to have big ones, even if I do like them so, it's your choise not mine).
The forearm seems to be dramatically shortened in its latest frame, the one where the right arm is in the most advanced position... The movements of the robe look fantastic for me, very Lucas...
/me thumbs up!
I believe that he is making them walk like they would if they were the way they are painted on the walls in tombs and such. the way the head is always profile, and you can see the shoulders. it looks a bit odd, but they wanted to make sure that if the spirit was there, it could use the whole body. just some odd ol' thinking, but i think that ssh wanted to keep that idea.

Either that, or I'm not good at drawing heads and just copied it from the standing view.
Wow this really looks good - she walk pretty fluidly, and it is just that snaping back to the firts frame that makes it jump.
I reckon you could get rid of the back outlines altogether (substitute it with a darkish skin tone). It might work better against you bkg's.

Fixed that jerk... i just got my sprite sheet import wrong by one pixel...
Is the dress supposed to look translucent...?
Yes, slightly
Looking good! Especially her right arm. But I would suggest having it bent on the way forward, and straight on the way back if you get my point.
Also, i think her tits looks a bit strange.Ã, In most frames it looks like a silhouette of one breast, but insome it looks like two... or maybe more like som kind of putty shaped into two bumps... or maybe I just want to see her topless ;D
