I'm not sure ive nailed this as good as I wanted... so would be real good if u lot could point out the bits to improve on... I know he looks all rigid and straight that will be sorted out later...

Hmm Looking at it now i think the hair and nose are a bit wierd.. tell me what u think

Yeah, in the front view he looks kind of, uh, camp. It looks like his posture is a little different and, like Jimi said, his arms are weird.

he looks much thinner in the front view, look how thin his legs are in comparison to the side view, so a bit wider in all areas in front view, maybe not the head, but broaden the shoulders a bit.

also his little beer gut doesn't seem right in front view

looks escellent though.

I think his arms look weird b/c his hands are angled out rather than in.  I think reversing the angle would help.  But otherwise he looks really good and the walkcycle is very fluid.

It's nice, but the feet's angle is wrong... they should be facing forward, not sideways.
