calendar picture

I need you help on this one realy bad. We are planing to bring out a calendar (scouts).
And I'm haweing problems with it...
The picture isn't perfect I admit but I'm not looking for criticism at this point. My only problem is that the picture looks kinda empty. Does anybody know what I could put in to the picture to fill it up a bit?

I'd probably add a racoon or an animal, perhaps getting into mischief, like getting into a backpack, perhaps behing his back, even though that would clutter one side and not the other.

And I've never gone on a scouting trip and camped where there weren't any trees close by.Ã, 

Also, how about a dirt circle around the campfire, and maybe boots outside the tent. maybe some fire speckles escaping into the air above the fire.

With all these additions, I must say that I really like what you've done so far.

Lower the horisont (sp?) would make the picture look less empty, maybe two thirds of the picture covered by the sky (or more?). Other than that, looks great maybe move the scout up a bit so his foot is cut in half, and you might want to flip the tent so the exit is pointing out towards the guy. Don't know if more stuff is neccesary, might begin to look cluttered.. but.. I dunno.

I hawe. Well there were some about 1 km away. But that was actualy pretty much it. We had some sort of surwiwal day and had to go of on our own with only some wood, water and some tent sheets (or whatewer they are in english)...

anyway. Here are 2 new wersions of the pictures. One with a racoon as scummbuddy suggested and one without.

oh, totally with... that racoon is great.

feel free to take out the fire sparks, i feel they give life to the fire, but really, its your image, knock yourself out.

hardly. It's a one page calendar on a A4 format. So it's going to be the only picture
